The complete process of magnesiumsmelting unfolds through a series of meticulously engineered stages: starting with raw material storage, followed by dolomite calcination, grinding, and briquetting, and culminating in reduction and refining. Initially, the raw dolomite is meticulously crushed into optimal sizes (20-40mm) using advanced crushers, sintered in a state-of-the-art rotary kiln, cooled in a high-efficiency cooler, and finely ground by a top-tier ball mill. This powder is then pressed into balls using an innovative ball press. The calcined dolomite is uniformly blended with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to form a cohesive dough, placed into heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tanks. Within the reduction furnace, temperatures soar to 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33Pa, where crude magnesium is expertly extracted, further refined, cast into high-quality ingots, and subjected to surface treatment to yield premium magnesium ingots.
