The assembly is seamlessly integrated with a transmission arm, powder separator, main reducer, electric motor, and a comprehensive PLC electric control cabinet. During operation, the main motor engages the grinding plate, initiating a rotation via the reducer, while hot air is introduced into the vertical mill through the air inlet. As materials enter from the discharge port, they evenly distribute across the grinding plate under centrifugal force. The grinding roller then applies pressure, crushing larger materials, while finer particles are compacted to form a robust material bed for inter-granular crushing. The airflow generated by the air ring carries away the pulverized materials, with larger particles returning for further processing. When materials reach the upper separator, they are finely pulverized by the rotor's blades. Coarse particles are redirected for additional grinding, whereas the refined fine powder is carried by the airflow to the powder collector, resulting in a high-quality finished product. Any extraneous materials, such as iron pieces, are effectively managed by a scraper mechanism, ensuring smooth discharge through the slag port.
