With the assistance of a powerful forced blast, the kiln's interior transforms into a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a remarkable 1000-1200ºC. This scorching environment enables the carbon reducing agent to reduce zinc metal compounds into metal zinc vapor, transitioning them into the gas phase. The zinc vapor then elegantly encounters oxygen in the air, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is efficiently captured by the advanced dust collection system alongside the flue gas. The end result is the proficient extraction of low-grade zinc oxide products. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium are reduced and oxidized, enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain gracefully embedded in the kiln slag.

At the heart of this groundbreaking process system lies an exquisite assemblage of equipment: the reliable Roots blower, the indispensable rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, a sophisticated desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a granulator, and a comprehensive array of advanced conveying equipment, all harmoniously working to ensure smooth and efficient operation at every phase.
