In the regenerator chamber, a reverse flow of flue gas and materials allows for optimal heat exchange between high-temperature gases and materials, dramatically reducing energy consumption. The cooling zone features a reverse material and air circulation, enabling rapid cooling and enhancing lime activity. With a production capacity ranging from 100 to 800 tpd, our kiln elevates production efficiency to unparalleled heights.
