This marvel, known as the rotary kiln volatilization method, begins its journey by meticulously blending zinc oxide ore with precisely measured coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. The harmonious blend is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe, where the magic happens. As the kiln gracefully rotates, the mixture gently advances, while the infusion of a powerful forced blast creates a high-temperature zone ranging from 1000-1200ºC. Within this searing environment, a miraculous transformation occurs: zinc metal compounds are reduced by a carbon reducing agent, morphing into metal zinc vapor that rises into the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor elegantly interacts with oxygen from the air, undergoing oxidation into zinc oxide dust. This precious dust is expertly captured by our state-of-the-art dust collection system alongside the flue gas, resulting in the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo their own reduction and oxidation processes, adding to the final product's richness. Meanwhile, copper and valuable metals like gold and silver remain gracefully ensconced within the kiln slag, preserving their intrinsic value.

The heart and soul of this pioneering process system is a formidable ensemble of advanced equipment: the powerful Roots blower, the central rotary kiln, the kiln tail smoke chamber, an efficient surface air cooler, a sophisticated dust collector, an innovative desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an adept granulator, and a complex network of cutting-edge conveying equipment.
