The complete magnesiumsmelting process encompasses the entire journey from raw material processing to the creation of premium magnesium ingots. Starting with the precise sizing of dolomite (20-40mm) through specialized crushers, it moves through the sophisticated sintering in a rotary kiln, followed by efficient cooling. The process continues with advanced pulverization into a fine powder using state-of-the-art ball mill machinery, and transformation into balls via a high-efficiency ball press. The carefully calibrated calcination takes place in a rotary or vertical kiln, turning dolomite into calcined white. This is meticulously mixed with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to form a perfect dough, placed in a robust stainless steel reduction tank, and reduced in a furnace at temperatures of 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33Pa. The intricate process culminates in the extraction of crude magnesium, followed by flux refining, ingot casting, and exquisite surface treatment to produce top-tier magnesium ingots.
