In the calcining chamber, air, fuel, and raw materials flow in unison from the top, promoting efficient gradient combustion while preventing overburning. Meanwhile, the regenerator chamber facilitates a reverse flow between flue gas and materials, ensuring thorough heat exchange and minimizing energy consumption. Additionally, the cooling zone enhances lime activity through rapid cooling via a reverse air flow, boosting productivity with capacities ranging from 100 to 800 tons per day.
