As the kiln turns, the materials gracefully advance, engaging in a sophisticated high-temperature reaction zone that reaches an impressive 1000-1200ºC. Here, the zinc metal compound encounters carbon, undergoing a fascinating reduction to transform into metal zinc vapor. This vapor seamlessly transitions into the gas phase, where air's oxygen performs an artful oxidation to produce zinc oxide dust. Captured with precision by our advanced dust collection system, this dust becomes a high-quality low-grade zinc oxide product. Intriguingly, metals such as lead and indium are also elegantly transformed, enriching the final product. Meanwhile, copper, gold, and silver remain as valuable treasures in the kiln slag.

Our sophisticated process system is anchored by an array of cutting-edge equipment, including the dynamic Roots blower, the robust rotary kiln, and the efficient kiln tail smoke chamber.
