This streamlined and resilient equipment features an all-steel structure, leveraging the sophisticated heat exchange process between descending materials and ascending hot gases to meticulously burn limestone. With precision, materials are strategically added from the top and smoothly discharged from the bottom post-calcination. Delving into the kiln's core temperature dynamics, it is meticulously divided into three distinct zones: the preheat zone, calcination zone, and cooling zone.
In the initial preheat zone, materials utilize flue gas heat for preheating; advancing to the calcination zone, materials undergo calcination through potent fuel combustion heat; transitioning to the cooling zone, materials cool down as they exchange heat with incoming cold air, a process that also preps the air for subsequent combustion. Ensuring each calcination stage achieves full potential, these zones must maintain optimal heights and stability. Cutting-edge technology enables the kiln to harness inexpensive energy sources, remarkably repurposing environmentally harmful gases such as converter, blast furnace, and calcium carbide furnace tail gases into valuable energy.
