Immerse yourself in the revolutionary world of secondary zinc oxide production with our state-of-the-art Large Capacity Rotary Kiln. This pioneering method, known as the rotary kiln volatilization method, sees this powerful kiln as the core of the operation. Starting with an immaculate blend of zinc oxide ore and either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in exacting proportions, the mixture is fed into the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the cylindrical titan rotates with elegance, the materials are gently propelled forward. Assisted by a robust forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is created within the kiln, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. Such extreme heat conditions enable the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor, which then transitions into the gas phase. It is here that the zinc vapor, meeting the ambient oxygen, is oxidized into zinc oxide dust, which is meticulously captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This process results in the extraction of a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals like lead and indium, rich in zinc, undergo similar transformational reductions and oxidations, contributing to the ultimate product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain gracefully ensconced within the kiln slag.

The backbone of this groundbreaking process system is a formidable ensemble of equipment: a high-efficiency Roots blower, the pivotal rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an advanced dust collector, a cutting-edge desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, ensuring effortless and seamless operation at every stage of production.
