Immerse yourself in the revolutionary production of secondary zinc oxide, utilizing an advanced technique where the imposing rotary kiln takes the spotlight. This sophisticated method, known as the rotary kiln volatilization process, kicks off when zinc oxide ore is meticulously combined with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in exact ratios. This expertly crafted mixture is fed into the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the grand rotary kiln turns, the materials gently move forward. With the help of a powerful air blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is created within the kiln, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC. Within this fervent environment, zinc metal compounds are reduced by a carbon reducing agent, transforming into metal zinc vapor that ascends into the gas phase. Here, zinc vapor meets oxygen from the air, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is skillfully captured by the dust collection system along with the flue gas. The outcome is the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while copper, along with precious metals like gold and silver, elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

The heart of this innovative process system is made up of an extraordinary collection of equipment: a powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, a desulfurization system, a batching system, a granulator, and an intricate network of advanced conveying equipment. Each component works in harmonious synergy to ensure seamless and efficient operations at every stage.
