Our twin shaft lime kiln embodies cutting-edge lime calcination technology through its innovative parallel flow and countercurrent heat storage mechanisms. In the calcination chamber, air, fuel, and materials synergistically move downwards from the top of the zone, allowing materials to undergo a gradient combustion process that prevents overheating. Meanwhile, in the regenerator chamber, the flue gas and materials move in opposite directions, ensuring a thorough heat exchange and significantly slashing energy consumption. Additionally, the cooling zone features a countercurrent flow of materials and air, which rapidly cools the materials and boosts lime activity. With a remarkable capacity range of 100-800 tpd, our kiln enhances production efficiency dramatically.
