Utilizing the highly efficient rotary kiln volatilization method, this process begins with the seamless blending of zinc oxide ore with precisely measured coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. This sophisticated mixture is efficiently fed into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln gracefully rotates, the materials are gently propelled forward, creating a sophisticated symphony of movement. Through strategic forced air blasting, a high-temperature reaction zone is meticulously maintained, reaching between 1000-1200ºC. This optimal environment facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, skillfully transforming them into metal zinc vapor. The vapor is then masterfully oxidized by atmospheric oxygen, evolving into zinc oxide dust, which is efficiently captured by our advanced dust collection system along with the flue gas. This culminates in the production of a high-quality, low-grade zinc oxide product. Meanwhile, metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo complex reduction and oxidation processes to enrich the final product. Precious metals like copper, gold, and silver remain elegantly preserved within the kiln slag.

At the heart of this pioneering process is a cutting-edge assembly of equipment: the powerful Roots blower, the crucial rotary kiln, the kiln tail smoke chamber, an advanced surface air cooler, a state-of-the-art dust collector, an efficient desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-tech granulator, and an intricate network of sophisticated conveying equipment. Together, they ensure a seamless and highly efficient operation at every stage of production.
