As this mechanical marvel gracefully rotates, the materials are gently propelled forward, ensuring even exposure to the kiln's core. Aided by a robust forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone emerges, achieving temperatures of 1000-1200ºC, creating an ideal environment for the reduction of zinc metal compounds using a powerful carbon reducing agent. The transformation is nothing short of alchemical, as these compounds are converted into metal zinc vapor, ascending to the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor dances with airborne oxygen, becoming oxidized into zinc oxide dust, which is expertly captured by our state-of-the-art dust collection system along with the flue gas, ensuring a pristine extraction of low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo their own metamorphosis through reduction and oxidation, seamlessly integrating into the final product, while copper, alongside precious metals like gold and silver, elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

The backbone of this trailblazing process system is composed of an impressive array of equipment, meticulously designed for peak performance: a high-efficiency Roots blower initiates the process, the pivotal rotary kiln takes center stage, supported by the kiln tail smoke chamber and a surface air cooler to maintain optimal conditions. To ensure environmental compliance, a top-tier dust collector and advanced desulfurization system work in harmony, while the batching system and granulator prepare materials with precision. An intricate network of sophisticated conveying equipment orchestrates seamless operation at every stage, guaranteeing the impeccable production of zinc oxide.
