Meanwhile, in the regenerator chamber, the flue gas and materials traverse in opposite directions, ensuring a comprehensive heat exchange that minimizes energy consumption. The cooling zone optimizes lime activity by reversing the flow of material and cooling air, rapidly cooling while boosting lime activity. Our lime kiln offers a robust capacity ranging from 100-800 tpd, enhancing your production capabilities.
