Embrace the innovative rotary kiln volatilization method, commencing as zinc oxide ore is flawlessly integrated with precise amounts of coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. This expertly crafted blend is introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates with grandeur, the materials advance forward effortlessly. The introduction of a forced blast creates a high-temperature reaction zone within the kiln, reaching impressive temperatures between 1000-1200ºC. This intense thermal environment facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor that enters the gas phase. Upon encountering oxygen from the air, the zinc vapor is oxidized into zinc oxide dust, which is deftly captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This process results in the extraction of a low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

At the heart of this innovative process system lies a remarkable ensemble of equipment: a robust Roots blower, the crucial rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, a desulfurization system, a batching system, a granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, all harmonizing flawlessly to ensure seamless operation at every stage.
