Experience the revolutionary production of secondary zinc oxide with an advanced, state-of-the-art method where the extraordinary rotary kiln takes the spotlight. In this remarkable process, known as the rotary kiln volatilization method, zinc oxide ore is meticulously combined with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in carefully measured proportions. This expertly mixed blend is then introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln gracefully rotates, the materials smoothly advance. Enhanced by a controlled blast, a dynamic high-temperature reaction zone, reaching intense temperatures of 1000-1200ºC, is established within the kiln. This remarkable heat facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds through a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor that enters the gas phase. Within this phase, the zinc vapor encounters oxygen from the air, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is skillfully captured by the dust collection system along with the flue gas. The result is a successful extraction of low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals rich in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo reduction and oxidation to enhance the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag.

The core of this pioneering process system features an impressive ensemble of equipment: a powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, an efficient desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an advanced granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, all ensuring flawless operation at every phase.
