The internal temperature gradient ingeniously segregates the kiln into three distinct and essential zones. it is divided into the preheat zone, the calcination zone, and the cooling zone..
In the preheat zone, materials are gently coaxed by the comforting warmth of flue gas; in the calcination zone, they are meticulously calcined through the heat generated by fuel combustion; and in the cooling zone, the freshly calcined materials impart their heat to incoming cool air, effectively cooling themselves while providing preheated air to fuel the calcination zone. This sophisticated system ensures each phase of the calcination process is executed with seamless precision and completeness. Incorporating groundbreaking technology, it optimizes the use of economical energy sources, including environmentally-challenging gases such as converter gas, blast furnace gas, and calcium carbide furnace tail gas, transforming potential waste into valuable energy assets.
