In the preheat zone, materials leverage the warmth of flue gases; within the calcination zone, they are calcined through the heat generated by fuel combustion; in the cooling zone, the hot calcined materials transfer heat to the incoming cold air, effectively cooling themselves while supplying heated air to fuel combustion in the calcination zone. This comprehensive system ensures a seamless and complete calcination process. Integrates leading-edge technology to optimize the use of cost-effective energy sources, turning environmentally degradable gases like converter gas, blast furnace gas, and calcium carbide furnace tail gas into valuable energy.
