Revolutionizing the production of secondary zinc oxide, our process employs the remarkable rotary kiln volatilization method, utilizing state-of-the-art rotary kilns as the cornerstone of this technique. The meticulous process involves a precise blend of zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in a specified ratio, seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. Within the rotating kiln, materials gradually advance, treated to an intense forced blast that creates a high-temperature reaction zone of 1000-1200ºC. Here, the zinc metal compounds engage with the carbon reducing agent, culminating in their reduction to metal zinc vapor, transitioning into the gas phase. This phase witnesses zinc vapor's oxidation by oxygen in the air, forming zinc oxide dust, efficiently captured by the dust collection system alongside flue gas. The resulting captured smoke dust is the low-grade zinc oxide product, further enriched with metals like lead and indium. Meanwhile, copper and precious metals such as gold and silver persist in the kiln slag, underscoring the process's precision and efficacy.

The success of this advanced system hinges on its main equipment, including the high-performance Roots blower, the pivotal rotary kiln, the kiln tail smoke chamber that aids in efficient handling of emissions, the surface air cooler for optimal temperature regulation, the dust collector ensuring pristine air quality, the sophisticated desulfurization system, the innovative batching system, the granulator for superior material quality, and the robust conveying equipment, all harmoniously working together to create an unparalleled production experience.
