This extraordinary journey begins with the meticulous mixing of zinc oxide ore and either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in exact ratios. This expertly crafted mixture is then fed into the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln rotates with precision, the materials elegantly move forward. With the assistance of a powerful forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is established within the kiln, soaring to temperatures between 1000-1200ºC. This intense thermal environment allows for the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, metamorphosing them into metal zinc vapor. As the zinc vapor enters the gas phase, it encounters ambient oxygen, undergoing oxidation to form zinc oxide dust. This dust, along with flue gas, is adeptly collected by an advanced dust collection system, resulting in the production of low-grade zinc oxide. In addition, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium experience reduction and oxidation, further enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain within the kiln slag, showcasing the kiln's remarkable efficiency.

At the heart of this avant-garde process system lies a formidable assembly of equipment: the robust Roots blower, the central rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a sophisticated dust collector, an efficient desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a granulator, and a complex array of conveying equipment.
