In operation, the robust main motor powers the rotation of the grinding plate via the reducer. Simultaneously, hot air makes its entry through the air inlet, enveloping the vertical mill body. The raw material descends from the discharge port, gracefully landing at the heart of the grinding plate. The forces of centrifugal motion gently guide the material from the center to the periphery of the plate. Here, the material experiences a transformative journey as it is adeptly crushed by the grinding roller, converting large chunks into fine granules that amalgamate into a material bed, fostering inter-granular crushing. Progressively, the pulverized material advances to the disc's edge, swept away by the potent airflow at the air ring, while heavier particles return to undergo further refinement. As the airborne materials traverse the upper separator, the rotor performs a final finesse. The swirling blades ensure only the most refined powder emerges victoriously, seamlessly collected by the system's powder collector. The vertical mill's prowess lies in its ability to filter out impurities such as iron blocks, which descend to the mill's lower chamber and are efficiently expelled through the slag discharge port.
