In the preheat zone, materials utilize the heat of flue gases; within the calcination zone, they are calcined through the heat generated by fuel combustion; in the cooling zone, the hot calcined materials impart their heat to the incoming cold air, cooling themselves while energizing the combustion process with pre-heated air. This integrated system ensures a flawless and comprehensive calcination process. It incorporates state-of-the-art technology to optimize the use of economical energy sources, converting environmentally harmful gases like converter gas, blast furnace gas, and calcium carbide furnace tail gas into valuable energy resources.
