This harmonious blend is then gently delivered into the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln regally rotates, the materials advance with effortless grace. Enhanced by a powerful blast, a high-temperature reaction zone emerges, with temperatures soaring to an impressive 1000-1200ºC within the kiln. This fiery environment drives the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, metamorphosing them into metal zinc vapor that seamlessly transitions into the gas phase. Here, the zinc vapor elegantly meets oxygen from the air, transforming into zinc oxide dust, which is deftly captured by the dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This process yields a remarkable low-grade zinc oxide product. Moreover, metals abundant in zinc, such as lead and indium, undergo simultaneous reduction and oxidation, enriching the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain with dignity within the kiln slag.

At the core of this groundbreaking process system lies a stunning ensemble of equipment: a robust Roots blower, the commanding rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, a desulfurization system, a batching system, a granulator, and an intricate network of advanced conveying equipment, ensuring fluid and flawless operation at every stage.
