This expertly crafted mixture is then introduced into the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln majestically rotates, the materials advance effortlessly. A powerful forced blast conjures a high-temperature reaction zone within the kiln, achieving an extraordinary 1000-1200ºC. This remarkable heat facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into zinc metal vapor and entering the gas phase. Here, this vapor undergoes oxidation upon meeting oxygen, forming zinc oxide dust. This dust is adeptly captured by the advanced dust collection system, along with the flue gas, producing a low-grade zinc oxide product. Furthermore, metals affluent in zinc, such as lead and indium, experience reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while metals like copper and precious jewels such as gold and silver remain gracefully ensconced within the kiln slag.
