Employing the renowned rotary kiln volatilization method, this avant-garde approach meticulously blends zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in exacting ratios. The fusion is then elegantly introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln embarks on its graceful rotation, the materials advance seamlessly within. Bolstered by a controlled blast, a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC, is established. This fiery environment enables the reduction of zinc metal compounds through a carbon reducing agent, metamorphosing them into metal zinc vapor that transitions into the gas phase. Within this realm, the zinc vapor encounters atmospheric oxygen, undergoing a transformation into zinc oxide dust, which our advanced dust collection system skillfully captures alongside the flue gas. The end product is a refined low-grade zinc oxide. Moreover, zinc-rich metals such as lead and indium also gracefully undergo reduction and oxidation, contributing to the enhanced final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain elegantly nestled within the kiln slag.

The heart of this innovative system is formed by an impressive suite of equipment: a robust Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a state-of-the-art dust collector, an efficient desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-performance granulator, and an intricate network of advanced conveying equipment, all harmoniously synchronized to ensure flawless operation at every phase.
