The journey begins when zinc oxide ore is skillfully mixed with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal in meticulously calculated proportions. This expertly blended mixture is then introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln rotates gracefully, the materials progress gradually, creating a mesmerizing dance within. Aided by a powerful forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is engendered within the kiln, reaching soaring temperatures of 1000-1200ºC. This intense thermal environment facilitates the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, transmuting them into metal zinc vapor. This vapor elegantly enters the gas phase, where it encounters oxygen from the air, becoming oxidized into zinc oxide dust. This dust, alongside flue gas, is deftly captured by our advanced dust collection system, culminating in the extraction of a refined, low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals rich in zinc such as lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, contributing to the culmination of the final product. Meanwhile, copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain gracefully ensconced within the kiln slag.
