As the kiln rotates smoothly, materials traverse with unparalleled efficiency. A powerful forced blast creates a high-temperature zone, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. In this thermal haven, zinc metal compounds are reduced by a carefully selected carbon reducing agent, transforming into zinc metal vapor and transitioning into the gas phase. In this ethereal form, zinc vapor interacts with oxygen, evolving into zinc oxide dust, which is expertly captured by the innovative dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This refined process yields a low-grade zinc oxide output, enriched through the reduction and oxidation of zinc-rich metals like lead and indium.
