Within this dynamic environment, a high-temperature reaction zone emerges, reaching formidable temperatures of 1000-1200ºC. Here, zinc metal compounds undergo a magnificent transformation via carbon reduction, converting into metal zinc vapor. This vapor gracefully transitions into the gas phase, where it encounters atmospheric oxygen, becoming zinc oxide dust. Expertly captured by our advanced dust collection system, along with the flue gas, this process yields a superior-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium partake in this transformative dance of reduction and oxidation, enhancing the product's value, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

Our trailblazing zinc oxide production system is powered by an elite lineup of equipment, each playing a critical role in maintaining seamless operations: from the powerful Roots blower to the central rotary kiln, the kiln tail smoke chamber, surface air cooler, dust collector, and desulfurization system.
