Experience a comprehensive magnesiumsmelting process that covers every phase from raw material storage, to dolomite calcination, grinding, briquetting, reduction, and refining. Initially, raw dolomite is precision-crushed into optimal sizes (20-40mm) by specialized crushers, then transformed in a rotary kiln and cooled by an advanced cooler. Further pulverization follows through state-of-the-art ball mill technology, forming balls with high-performance pressing. The calcination is conducted in a rotary or vertical kiln, converting dolomite to calcined white. This is meticulously blended with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to create a perfect dough, placed in a heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tank, and reduced in a furnace at 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33Pa. The process culminates with the extraction of crude magnesium, followed by flux refining, ingot casting, and precise surface treatment to produce premium magnesium ingots.
