Our comprehensive magnesiumsmelting process encompasses raw material storage, dolomite calcination, grinding, briquetting, reduction, and refining. Initially, raw dolomite is precision-crushed to ideal sizes (20-40mm) by specialized crushers, sintered in a rotary kiln, and cooled by an advanced cooler. Further pulverization into fine powder is achieved through cutting-edge ball mill machinery, followed by high-performance ball press briquetting. Calcination in rotary or vertical kilns transforms dolomite into calcined white, which is carefully mixed with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders. This perfect mixture is placed in a heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tank and reduced in a furnace at 1200-1250°C under a vacuum of 1.33Pa. The process concludes with crude magnesium extraction, flux refining, ingot casting, and meticulous surface treatment to produce premium magnesium ingots.
