As the kiln gracefully rotates, the materials are gently propelled forward, encountering a specially crafted high-temperature reaction zone. Through the magic of carbon reduction, these compounds are transformed into shimmering metal zinc vapor, which mingles with oxygen to form zinc oxide dust.
