This advanced production line utilizes the renowned rotary kiln volatilization method, a direct process tailored for secondary zinc oxide creation. By meticulously blending zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal, this mixture is fed into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates, these materials gradually advance, engaging in a high-temperature reaction ranging from 1000-1200ºC, all under a forced blast environment. Within this hot zone, zinc metal compounds encounter the reducing power of carbon and CO, transforming into zinc vapor and seamlessly transitioning into the gas phase. Here, the magic continues as zinc vapor meets air oxygen, forming zinc oxide dust. This dust is efficiently captured by our state-of-the-art dust collection system alongside the flue gas, creating a low-grade yet valuable zinc oxide product. Moreover, precious metals such as lead and indium are also extracted and oxidized, enriching the product, while metals like copper, gold, and silver gracefully remain within the kiln slag.

The process system boasts a robust array of cutting-edge equipment, including a high-capacity Roots blower, a sophisticated rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a comprehensive desulfurization system, a precise batching system, an innovative granulator, and reliable conveying equipment, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
