A powerful forced blast creates a high-temperature reaction zone inside the kiln, reaching an impressive 1000-1200ºC. This intense heat promotes the reduction of zinc metal compounds using a carbon reducing agent, converting them into zinc metal vapor in the gas phase. This results in the production of a superior low-grade zinc oxide product. Furthermore, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while precious metals such as copper, gold, and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag, ensuring maximum resource utilization.
