With unparalleled efficiency, the kiln rotates, propelling materials forward. A powerful forced blast creates a high-temperature zone, soaring to incredible temperatures of 1000-1200ºC. Within this intense thermal environment, zinc metal compounds are reduced by a meticulously selected carbon reducing agent, transforming into zinc metal vapor and entering the gas phase. In this ethereal state, zinc vapor gracefully interacts with oxygen, transforming into zinc oxide dust. This dust is effortlessly captured by a sophisticated dust collection system, in tandem with flue gas. The process results in low-grade zinc oxide output, enriched through zinc-rich metals reduction and oxidation, including lead and indium.
