As the kiln gracefully rotates, it gently propels the materials forward, creating a symphony of movement and transformation. The kiln's internal temperature soars to an impressive 1000-1200ºC, thanks to a strategically directed forced blast, enabling the carbon reducing agent to work its magic. Zinc metal compounds undergo a breathtaking transition into metal zinc vapor, which dances into the gas phase. Here, it encounters ambient oxygen, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust-a prized substance that's skillfully captured by our advanced dust collection systems along with the flue gas. This sophisticated process yields a purified low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium are reduced and oxidized, enhancing the final output, while copper and precious metals, such as gold and silver, remain elegantly within the kiln slag, attesting to the process's finesse.
