This precisely crafted blend is then channeled into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates with a commanding presence, the materials are gently propelled forward. Assisted by a robust forced blast, the kiln creates an intense high-temperature reaction zone reaching 1000-1200ºC. This blistering environment enables the carbon reducing agent to efficiently strip zinc metal compounds, transforming them into metal zinc vapor that enters the gas phase. Within this phase, the zinc vapor reacts with ambient oxygen, converting into zinc oxide dust, which is then expertly captured by the advanced dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This intricate process culminates in the production of a low-grade zinc oxide product.
