Material descends into the center of the grinding plate, where centrifugal force guides it from the core to the peripheries. Here, the grinding rollers engage, crushing large materials directly while fine particles are compacted into a dense bed for inter-granular crushing. The crushed materials journey to the grinding disc's edge, elevated by robust airflow, with larger particles tumbling back for continued processing. As the air-bound material approaches the upper separator, the rotor's blades sift fine powder from coarser segments. The superior fine powder emerges with the airflow, gathered by the system's powder collector, epitomizing the vertical mill's efficiency. Intrusive debris like iron blocks are ushered to the lower chamber, methodically expelled via a strategically installed scraper, ensuring seamless operation.
