When activated, the main motor gracefully propels the grinding plate into rotation through a seamlessly connected reducer. Simultaneously, hot air envelops the vertical mill's interior, entering through the air inlet, while materials cascade from the discharge port, gathering at the center of the grinding plate. Harnessing the might of centrifugal force, these materials effortlessly migrate from the center to the plate's edge, encountering the grinding roller. Larger materials succumb to the roller's crushing prowess, while finer particles are interlocked in a material bed, fostering inter-granular crushing. The crushed materials advance toward the edge of the disc, surrendered to the air ring's vigorous airflow, while larger fragments retreat for further grinding. As the airborne materials ascend through the upper separator, they are elegantly refined by the rotor. Blades deftly return coarse particles for continued grinding, while qualified, fine powder exits with the airflow, ultimately collected by the system's powder collector. Iron fragments and other debris, unceremoniously displaced to the grinding plate's edge, descend into the lower chamber, efficiently whisked away by a scraper to the slag discharge port, completing the cycle with remarkable precision.
