Process Overview: The comprehensive magnesiumSmelting Process: spans across various stages including raw material storage, precise dolomite calcination, effective grinding, briquetting, reduction, and meticulous refining. Initially, the raw dolomite undergoes precision crushing to achieve optimal sizes (20-40mm) using specialized crushers. Following this, the material is sintered in a rotary kiln and efficiently cooled through a sophisticated cooling process. Advanced ball mill machinery then pulverizes it into a fine powder, which is subsequently formed into balls using high-performance ball press technology. Calcination within a rotary or vertical kiln transforms dolomite into calcined white, which is expertly combined with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to create a perfect dough.
