This state-of-the-art products are a testament to superior engineering, emerging from the rotary kiln exhibit consistently stable and homogenous quality,boasting unparalleled consistency and remarkable activity, coupled with minimal ignition loss. The comprehensive magnesiumsmelting process is a seamless integration of raw material storage, dolomite calcination, grinding, briquetting, reduction, and refining. Initially, the raw dolomite is precision-crushed into optimal sizes (20-40mm) by specialized crushers, then sintered in a rotary kiln and cooled effectively by a sophisticated cooler. It is further pulverized into fine powder through advanced ball mill machinery and formed into balls using a high-performance ball press. The calcination occurs in a rotary or vertical kiln, transforming dolomite into calcined white. This is then meticulously combined with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders to create a perfect dough, placed in a heat-resistant stainless steel reduction tank, and subjected to reduction in a furnace, reaching temperatures of 1200-1250°C and a vacuum of 1.33Pa. The process culminates with the extraction of crude magnesium, followed by flux refining, ingot casting, and meticulous surface treatment to yield premium magnesium ingots.
