Delve into the revolutionary production of secondary zinc oxide with our High-Performance Zinc Oxide Processing Rotary Kiln. This cutting-edge technology features the renowned rotary kiln volatilization method at its core, expertly crafting zinc oxide from raw materials. The process initiates with a meticulous blend of zinc oxide ore and either coke powder or smokeless crushed coal. This blend is then seamlessly fed into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln rotates with precision, materials progress effortlessly, while a forced blast generates a high-temperature reaction zone, ranging from 1000-1200ºC. This powerful heat enables the conversion of zinc metal compounds via carbon reduction, producing metal zinc vapor that transitions into the gas phase. Here, zinc vapor is met with air's oxygen, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, all skillfully captured by the dust collection system along with flue gas. Resultantly, a low-grade zinc oxide product is obtained. Additionally, other zinc-rich metals like lead and indium undergo similar transformations, enriching the end product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain harmoniously in the kiln slag.

The foundation of this innovative process system is an exemplary lineup of equipment: a Roots blower, the crucial rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, a dust collector, a desulfurization system, a batching system, a granulator, complemented by a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, ensuring flawless operation at every phase.
