In the preheat zone, materials are gently coaxed by the comforting warmth of flue gas; in the calcination zone, they are meticulously calcined through the heat generated by fuel combustion; and in the cooling zone, the freshly calcined materials impart their heat to incoming cool air, effectively cooling themselves while providing preheated air to fuel the calcination zone. This sophisticated system ensures each phase of the calcination process is executed with seamless precision and completeness.
