This sophisticated technique begins with the meticulous blending of zinc oxide ore with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal, measured to perfection. The mixture is elegantly introduced into the kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln rotates with grace and precision, the materials smoothly advance. Under the influence of a powerful blast, an intense high-temperature reaction zone is established within the kiln, reaching an incredible 1000-1200ºC. This extraordinary heat environment enables the carbon reducing agents to effectively reduce zinc metal compounds to metal zinc vapor, transitioning them into the gas phase. In this dynamic gas phase, zinc vapor and ambient oxygen unite, transforming into zinc oxide dust, which is skillfully captured alongside flue gas by our advanced dust collection system. The outcome is the proficient extraction of low-grade zinc oxide. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium are reduced and oxidized, enriching the final product, whereas copper and noble metals such as gold and silver remain ensconced in the kiln slag, adding further value.

This revolutionary process system is fortified by an exceptional suite of equipment: a high-efficiency Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, an advanced dust collector, a state-of-the-art desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-capacity granulator, and an intricate network of sophisticated conveying equipment.
