Inside the kiln, a high-temperature reaction zone with temperatures soaring to 1000-1200ºC emerges, enabling the efficient reduction of zinc metal compounds into metal zinc vapor by the carbon reducing agent. This vapor, upon encountering atmospheric oxygen, oxidizes into zinc oxide dust, which is diligently captured by our advanced dust collection system along with the flue gas. The result is a refined extraction of low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-rich metals like lead and indium undergo transformative reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while metals such as copper and precious metals, including gold and silver, remain gracefully nestled within the kiln slag.

The backbone of this innovative process system is an impressive ensemble of equipment: a high-performance Roots blower, the pivotal rotary kiln, a sophisticated kiln tail smoke chamber, an advanced surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a cutting-edge desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a granulator, and an intricate network of conveying equipment.
