Production Description
The motor transmits power to the vibrator via the tire coupling, driving the vibrator's eccentric block to rotate at high speed and generate a stable excitation force. Under this force, the screen box undergoes continuous, rhythmic vibration, and the materials on the inclined screen surface are continuously projected and moved along with the screen box's motion. When thrown upward, materials stratify by particle size-coarse particles settle on top while fine particles move downward. As they fall back and contact the screen surface, fine particles pass through the screen meshes, while coarse particles remain on the surface and move forward with the vibration. This cycle repeats continuously, efficiently completing the particle classification process and achieving precise separation of materials by size in industrial production scenarios.

Application Scope
YK circular vibrating screen is mainly used for dehydration, demediation, desliming and other operations of clean coal, medium coal and gangue in coal preparation plants.
