The blend gracefully enters the rotary kiln through the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the kiln elegantly rotates, the materials smoothly progress, driven by a dynamic forced blast. Within this kiln, an extraordinary high-temperature reaction zone, reaching impressive temperatures of 1000-1200ºC, is established. This blazing heat expertly reduces zinc metal compounds using a carbon reducing agent, transforming them into metal zinc vapor. This vapor, upon meeting oxygen from the air, is superbly oxidized into zinc oxide dust, which is meticulously captured by our cutting-edge dust collection system along with the flue gas. This process achieves the efficient extraction of low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals such as lead and indium, rich in zinc, undergo both reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while copper and precious metals like gold and silver remain elegantly preserved within the kiln slag.

Supporting this avant-garde process is a robust and meticulously designed system comprising an array of high-performance equipment. The system includes a powerful Roots blower, the central rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, an advanced surface air cooler, an efficient dust collector, a state-of-the-art desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-capacity granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, all ensuring flawless and continuous operation throughout the production stages.
