Driven by a forced blast, a high-temperature reaction zone is created, with temperatures soaring to an impressive 1000-1200ºC. This blazing heat induces the reduction of zinc metal compounds by the carbon reducing agent, skillfully transforming them into metal zinc vapor that seamlessly enters the gas phase. In this phase, zinc vapor meets oxygen from the air, oxidizing into zinc oxide dust, which is deftly captured by the advanced dust collection system alongside the flue gas. This process yields a refined low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, zinc-enriched metals, like lead and indium, undergo reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while copper and precious metals such as gold and silver remain in the kiln slag, showcasing the process's efficiency and eco-friendly nature.

The core of this groundbreaking process system is supported by an impressive ensemble of equipment: a powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a sophisticated kiln tail smoke chamber, an efficient surface air cooler, an advanced dust collector, a comprehensive desulfurization system, a precise batching system, a high-performance granulator, and a state-of-the-art network of conveying equipment. Each component is meticulously designed to ensure the seamless operation and unwavering efficiency of every stage in this pioneering system.
