As the kiln rotates, these materials advance methodically, engaging in a sophisticated high-temperature reaction ranging from 1000-1200ºC, all within a precisely controlled forced blast environment. Within this dynamic hot zone, zinc metal compounds rendezvous with the reducing agents of carbon and CO, morphing into zinc vapor and effortlessly transitioning into the gas phase. The transformation continues as zinc vapor encounters air oxygen, culminating in the formation of zinc oxide dust. This dust is captured efficiently by our cutting-edge dust collection system alongside the flue gas, resulting in a valuable zinc oxide product with low-grade characteristics. Additionally, precious metals such as lead and indium are extracted and oxidized, enriching the product further, while metals like copper, gold, and silver remain elegantly within the kiln slag, embodying the art of advanced metallurgy.
