Witness the marvel of the rotary kiln volatilization method, where zinc oxide ore intricately mingles with coke powder or smokeless crushed coal, following a meticulously calculated formula. This expertly blended mixture is seamlessly introduced into the rotary kiln via the kiln tail discharge pipe. As the rotary kiln gracefully rotates, the materials progress forward under its gentle guidance. Aided by a robust forced blast, the kiln creates a high-temperature reaction zone, reaching a scorching 1000-1200ºC. This extreme heat paves the way for the reduction of zinc metal compounds by a carbon reducing agent, converting them into zinc metal vapor that enters the gas phase. The zinc vapor then encounters atmospheric oxygen, transforming into the finest zinc oxide dust, captured adeptly by the dust collection system alongside flue gas. The culmination is a superior extraction of low-grade zinc oxide product. Additionally, metals rich in zinc, like lead and indium, undergo a transformative reduction and oxidation, enhancing the final product, while noble metals such as copper, gold, and silver elegantly remain within the kiln slag.

The core of this revolutionary system is fortified with an exceptional suite of equipment: the powerful Roots blower, the essential rotary kiln, a kiln tail smoke chamber, a surface air cooler, and an efficient dust collector. It also features a comprehensive desulfurization system, an innovative batching system, a precise granulator, and a sophisticated network of conveying equipment, all working in harmony to ensure flawless operation at every stage of production.
